Our SILVER service includes the first 3 elements in our BRONZE service plus:
· Audit of your existing HR documentation;
· Online access to over 100 template HR Forms and Letters;
· Unlimited off-site support via our advice help-lines;
· Focussed quarterly newsletter providing advice and guidance on topical issues.
Our GOLD service includes all the elements in our SILVER service plus:
· On-Site prescence, providing additional face-to-face support to both Managers and other staff, and also providing strategic support for the growth and development of your business;

Health & Safety Support
If you directly employ 5 or more people you are required, under Regulation 7 of the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999, to have a competent health & safety person.
This person can be employed from within your organisation or outsourced to an external company, and should have sufficient training, experience or knowledge to meet the requirements of Health and Safety legislation.
