We founded Connective Business Solutions in 2010 to provide high quality 'business sense' outsourcing solutions.  We chose the name Connective because we understand the link between Effective People and Processes and a Successful Business.

Whilst we are fully qualified and experienced HR and Health & Safety providers, we also have many years experience of running businesses generally.  This gives us a unique perspective on what our clients need, specifically we appreciate our role is to provide specialist advice and guidance to allow our clients to make informed decisions that are right for them.

We are committed to delivering a personal service.  As such, we invest our time in getting to know our clients' business and getting to know them, to build trust and a lasting relationship.We ensure our clients' requirements are handled in a sensible, professional and friendly manner, and we work together to get the best results for their business.

Helping the Community

Putting something back into the community is a key aspect of our work as a HR and Health & Safety outsourcing company. When deciding how we wanted to do this we looked at what was important to us. Sport has always played a significant part in our lives, whether supporting our local team or supporting our children’s participation in various sporting clubs and activities, and we recognised how sport and the clubs can have a positive impact on families and local communities. We also look to support local charities and as such we are involved in the following activities:

1.  Supporting our Local Community: Pontypridd RFC is a focal point for our local community and we provide sponsorship and volunteer services to help where we can.  This year, in addition to our sponsorship with the club itself (click here to read more) we have also looked to help grass roots rugby by sponsoring the clubs' Under 14 side.

2. Supporting the Wider Community: The Association of Community Amateur Sports Clubs (ACASC) & (ACIF) Community Interest Fundraisers is committed to protecting and enhancing the organisations and we provide discounted solutions to these organisations.
